Fried Rice With Chicken of Thai Food


Time : 8 to 10 Minutes

Ingredients:
  1. two tablespoons edible fat
  2. three cloves garlic; minced
  3. 1 tablespoon recent Thai red or green chili pepper; sliced it
  4. eight ounces boned skinless chicken breasts; take bite-size items
  5. two cups grilled rice; cold
  6. one tablespoon Sugar
  7. one tablespoon Fish sauce
  8. one tablespoon condiment
  9. two tablespoons shallots; sliced
  10. 1/3 cup  of Thai holy basil; (simple basil ok)
  11. one tablespoon recent Cilantro; sliced
Dosage:
  1. In a cooking pan or giant cooking pan, stir-fry garlic in oil till golden; then add chilies and chicken and stir-fry till chicken is grilled.
  2. Add rice, sugar, fish sauce, and condiment, , inter-mixture gently and stir-fry.
  3. When well mixed, add basil leaves,shallots,  and cilantro; cook a few minutes or so, and serve. If you want, serve with lime wedges, chile sauce, fish sauce, or condiment at the table.
