Ingredients:
- two tablespoons edible fat
- three cloves garlic; minced
- 1 tablespoon recent Thai red or green chili pepper; sliced it
- eight ounces boned skinless chicken breasts; take bite-size items
- two cups grilled rice; cold
- one tablespoon Sugar
- one tablespoon Fish sauce
- one tablespoon condiment
- two tablespoons shallots; sliced
- 1/3 cup of Thai holy basil; (simple basil ok)
- one tablespoon recent Cilantro; sliced
- In a cooking pan or giant cooking pan, stir-fry garlic in oil till golden; then add chilies and chicken and stir-fry till chicken is grilled.
- Add rice, sugar, fish sauce, and condiment, , inter-mixture gently and stir-fry.
- When well mixed, add basil leaves,shallots, and cilantro; cook a few minutes or so, and serve. If you want, serve with lime wedges, chile sauce, fish sauce, or condiment at the table.
