Ingredients / Shopping List
- 1 giant bunch Asian watercress / Water Convolvulus (about 5-6 cups or 1½ pounds)
- six ounces boneless skinless malformation, sliced thinly

- one clove garlic, coarsely shredded
- 1½ tablespoons oyster sauce
- ½ tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a pair of tablespoons heat water
- one teaspoon sugar
- ½ cup water
Preparation / Step
- Wash the watercress / Water Convolvulus well and discontinue thick ends regarding 4-5 inches from finish.
- Slice the chicken into ¼ in. slices, and coat with the sweet soy.
- Brown the garlic within the oil. whereas the garlic is cooking, combine the oyster sauce with the amylum and water. Add the chicken to the garlic, and cook regarding five minutes, until the chicken is hard-boiled through. Add the watercress / Water Convolvulus, then pour the oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water over the highest, and toss to combine. Add the sugar and still toss.
